Meet Tui Van Renterghem, vegan fitness coach and CrossFit athlete.

Tui is absolutely inspiring, she’s tall, beautiful, fit & strong. Most recently she won the CrossFit competition at CrossFit Wanderlust here in Bali…. And she’s a vegan!

If ever there was someone to motivate me to look into this diet choice more, it’s her. She radiates good health, strength and literally runs rings around everyone else in the gym .

In this interview, I wanted to hear her story and her secret. With the experience I’ve had of vegan diet, I was convinced there had to be more.

We talk about Game Changers the documentary, her diet and what it looks like morning till noon, her training, background and everything in between. We look at other diet types, the issues and why she believes a vegan diet is the diet.

Following my prior interview with James Sweetland and experiences in trialing a vegan diet myself I really wanted to have this chat. I have my reservations about the whole vegan space but as above, Tui inspired me to rethink this and indeed I left this interview thinking of giving it another go.
