DEEP CONVERSATIONS. REAL STORIES. TIMELESS LESSONS.
The University of Life
Because real life is the greatest teacher.

Over the past five years…
The University of Life has been a space to explore the lessons I wish I could’ve shared with my younger self. Each episode invites you to go deeper, into entrepreneurship, resilience, transformation, well-being, relationships, creativity, and more. It’s conversational, caring, and purposefully structured to offer something real and valuable every time.
A bit of background
From a very early age, I realised that my greatest lessons didn’t come from classrooms or textbooks, they came through experience, through real conversations, and from the kind of people who live what they speak.
The University of Life began as my own tool for learning. A way to reach out to people I found inspiring, ask the questions I was genuinely curious about, and grow through the kinds of conversations that stay with you long after they’re over.
Every episode has been meaningful to me in some way. I always walk away with something, some shift in perspective, clarity, or deeper understanding, and in sharing these conversations with you, my hope is that you walk away with something too.

WORKING TOGETHER
Ready to take this further?
If something in the conversations, ideas, or energy here has stayed with you, it may be time to bring that work into your own life. Not as a concept, but in a way that’s lived, practical, and real.
Different people need different levels of support. Below are the ways I currently work with clients, depending on where you’re at and what you’re looking for.
Private one-to-one coaching
This is for founders and leaders who’ve built something that works, but are carrying too much of it alone. The pressure doesn’t fully switch off, decisions take more effort than they should, and success feels heavier than expected.
I work with you one-to-one as a thinking partner. We slow things down, cut through noise, and bring clarity back to the decisions that matter most, in work and in life. As things settle internally, leadership steadies, judgement sharpens, and momentum returns without force.
This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about making things work better.

Immersive retreats
These retreats are designed to interrupt momentum, in the best possible way.
We step away from the familiar and into beautiful, carefully chosen environments where something shifts naturally. Surrounded by interesting, ambitious people and held in a space that invites both presence and play, the nervous system settles, perspective widens, and new possibilities come into view.
There is adventure here. There is challenge. There is laughter, depth, and moments that stay with you long after you leave. Not through force or intensity, but through experience, the kind that quietly recalibrates how you see yourself, your work, and what matters next.
People don’t come to escape their lives. They come to meet themselves differently, and return changed.

My leadership program
This programme is for people who want a clearer, steadier way to lead themselves, without needing constant external input. It’s built on the same principles I use in my one-to-one work, delivered in a practical, self-led format.
You’ll learn how to reduce internal noise, think more clearly under pressure, and move forward with less friction. No hype. No motivation cycles. Just tools that work in real life. You can complete the programme independently, or add personal sessions with me for deeper support.
For some, this is exactly the level of support they need. For others, it becomes the foundation for deeper work later on.

A conversation is the simplest place to start.
We’ll talk things through properly and see whether it feels like a good fit, no pressure either way.
