EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACHING FOR FOUNDERS AND OWNER-OPERATORS
Executive coaching for
the person the whole
business leans on.
You built it. You lead it. Everything still comes back to you. Let’s change how that feels.
As featured in:
You’re the most senior person in the room. So who do you think out loud with?
Leading a business you also own is a particular kind of isolation.
Every decision of consequence routes back through you, and there is rarely anyone in the building you can be genuinely uncertain in front of.
So you carry it. You get good at holding pressure, being the steady one, deciding quickly because somebody has to.
Over time that costs something. Judgement gets noisier. Letting go gets harder. The gap widens between what the business needs from you and what you actually want to be doing.
From the outside, the leadership looks assured.
Inside, it can feel like guesswork carried alone.
That’s usually where I come in.
The Business Has Outgrown the Way You’ve Been Leading It
What got the business here was you being close to everything. At some point that stops scaling.
The team is bigger. Decisions are heavier and slower to reverse. The things only you can do keep multiplying, while the things only you should be doing get squeezed out.
You don’t need a leadership framework, another course, or a 360 review.
You need somewhere to think clearly, honest input from someone who has run a business at this level, and a way through the decisions and conversations you have been circling for months.
That’s where I come in.
My role isn’t to tell you how to lead. It’s to help you see what your position makes hard to see, so you can decide better, hand over more, and lead the business without it quietly costing you everything outside it.
Not by working harder at it.
By getting out of your own way.
I’ve Sat In That Seat.
I’ve built and sold businesses, hired and led teams through fast growth, and spent the last two decades working alongside founders and leaders carrying far more than they let on.
From the outside, things often looked successful. Inside, it was a different story.
The pressure never fully switched off. Decisions carried weight. Life became increasingly full, but not always increasingly fulfilling.
The biggest lesson I learned was this: You can lead something impressive and still feel disconnected from yourself.
You can build a successful business and quietly lose sight of what you actually want. You can create a life that looks impressive on paper but doesn’t quite feel right when you’re living it.
That’s where this work begins.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to help you see clearly, reconnect with what’s true for you, and remove what’s getting in the way so you can move forward with confidence.
Not by becoming somebody else. By becoming more of who you already are.

What we usually end up working on
These are the things founders and leaders tend to arrive with:
- Being the bottleneck in your own business
- Burnout, or closer to it than you'd admit to your team
- Big decisions you keep deferring because the downside is yours
- A senior team that isn't yet carrying what it should
- Delegating the task but never the responsibility
- Conversations with key people you've been avoiding for months
- Growth that has outpaced your structure and your systems
- Working in the business when you should be leading it
- Your identity and the company's performance becoming the same thing
- Hiring, or replacing, at a level you haven't hired at before
- Nobody to think out loud with who isn't on the payroll
- Knowing you're capable of more, without the space to reach it
You don’t need all of these to be true.
But if several of them are, it’s usually a sign the way you’re leading needs looking at properly rather than pushed through.
What Founders Tend to Notice a Few Months In
- Decisions get made in days rather than circled for weeks
- The senior team starts carrying things you used to quietly take back
- The conversations you had been avoiding actually happen
- You stop being the single point of failure on everything urgent
- You can be away from the business without it stalling
- More of your week goes on work only you can do
- You trust your own judgement again
- The pressure is still there, but it stops being carried alone
- Being at home stops meaning still being at work

Ready to Lead It Differently?
Founders who do this work tend to describe the same shift. Decisions get cleaner. The team steps up. The business stops depending on you being available for everything.
The pressure doesn’t disappear. It stops being carried alone.
One conversation is often enough to move a decision that has been stuck for months. Sometimes it turns into longer work. We start by talking it through, with no expectation either way.
Step 1
Apply
Share a little about where you’re at and what you’d like support with.
This helps me understand your situation before we speak.
If it feels like there may be a fit, my team will arrange a private compatibility call.
Step 2
Compatibility Call
This isn’t a sales call.
It’s a relaxed, honest conversation to see whether working together makes sense.
We’ll talk through what’s happening for you, what you’re looking for, and whether I’m the right person to support you. If I am, I’ll explain the options clearly and answer any questions you have.
Step 3
Decide and Move Forward
If it feels aligned on both sides, we’ll agree the next steps and begin our work together.
If not, I’ll point you toward other people or resources that may be a better fit. Either way, you’ll leave the conversation with more clarity than you arrived with.
